- You receive discounted rates on all your plumbing calls during USA period including any repair made with your permission during your USA Inspection.

- You receive discounted labor on normal maintenance procedures during any scheduled USA call. You pay no overtime charges. Your permission is always sought before proceeding with any repairs. All Inspections are performed during normal business hours.

- Your agreement price cannot be raised during the effective dates. Prices will not be raised for following renewal periods without first notifying you. We charge by the job, not the hour, so you save money!

USA Plumbing Maintenance Programs
- WATER HEATER
- WHAT WILL WE DO: Check the burner assembly on your gas water heater, visually check the temperature & pressure relief valve for safe operation and is free of corrosion. Check the vent assembly for carbon monoxide leakage. If electric, check the thermostat settings and readjust. Ensure the water heater is operating at its peak efficiency as per the manufacturer specifications.
- SUMP PUMP
- WHAT WE WILL DO: We will check sump pump crock for foreign debris, to prevent damage to pump, operate sump pump and backup system to ensure switch, float and motor are operating properly. Inspect check valve to ensure gate is in proper working order. Check that discharge is accepting waste from pump. (Excluding sealed & radon sealed sump crocks)
- FAUCETS
- WHAT WE WILL DO: We will check the most widely used fixtures in the house; the faucets for leaks and corrosion. We will also check stems, cartridges and rubber seals for ease of operation on all of your faucets throughout the house for proper water flow.
- TOILETS
- WHAT WE WILL DO: We will inspect the toilet and tank for any leaks and proper flushing action. We will check the water measuring device for proper adjustment along with the flapper for a proper water seal. The float ball, overflow tube and any linkage will be adjusted and set to the manufacturers specifications.
- DRAINS
- WHAT WE WILL DO: We will fill all sink, lavatories, tubs, showers and laundry with water then release to check for proper drainage. We will flush each toilet to make sure it disposes of waste properly.
- WATER PRESSURE and REGULATOR
- WHAT WE WILL DO: We will check the water pressure on the incoming water line and make any necessary adjustments to your regulator. High water pressure will damage you water heater, fixtures and could cause a pipe to burst in the plumbing system.
- SAFETY CHECK YOUR HOUSE
- WHAT WE WILL DO: Your service plumber will walk through your home inspecting your plumbing system and tighten any loose faucet handles, packing nuts or other minor repair during the inspection process. Each emergency shut-off under the sinks, toilets, water heater and main water shut-off will be checked for leakage. Gas connectors will be inspected visually as well as any exposed piping. You will also be shown where your emergency water shut-off valve is located along with your emergency gas shut-off.
- RECORDS
- WHAT WE WILL DO: Pompeii’s Plumbing will maintain complete records of all maintenance and repairs performed by us and will provide you with a written report upon completion.
